Please Note we do our best to stick to the design you have ordered Unless if you have asked for No Design. But sometimes we may have to alter the design to suit the engravings you have asked for. Including changing text size,

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order or there is a slight mistake or arrived broken. Then please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as we can.

This is a glass item and has to be sent with royal mail or a courier. We send each item very well padded to stop as many breakages as possible. But on the odd occurrence a glass has broke during transit please be extremely careful with the package and message us. We will sort this as quickly as possible for you.
